On joining or renewing your club membership, you will be asked to provide or confirm personal information including your name and contact details. If you provide us with an email address, postal address, landline or mobile phone number, we may use it to contact you

The club may use any information provided to:

Administer your membership

Notify you of club activities

Contact you in case of adverse weather or emergency situations

Publicise other events, activities or items that the Committee feels would be of interest or benefit to you as a member of the club

Your personal information, as described above, will be held by the Committee and disclosed to the Kennel Club where the rules of our registration require, or to other third parties when we are legally obliged
